Q: Will a list of successful applicants be published?

A: Yes, upon approval of final funding recommendations by The City of Calgary’s Event Advisory Committee, and once all successful applicants have been notified.

Q: Can I find out who the assessors are?

A: Yes, in the CADA Annual Report and on the CADA website at the time that the Annual Report is published.

Q: May I show ‘in kind’ revenue on my budget in the application, and how do I calculate it?

A: Yes. In kind donation of commercial goods and services must be recorded at fair market value; this is done by providing supporting documentation from the supplier (signed letter or contract) certifying the value of the goods/services being donated.

Q: If my application is unsuccessful, will I be able to get feedback as to why?

A: Yes. CADA staff can provide a general overview as to the Assessment Panel’s assessment of the application upon request. Only the general Panel consensus will be conveyed, and individual Panel member comments will not be given or attributed.
