Suzanne Boss is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships between Calgary Arts Development and its many collaborators. A graduate of the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business, Suzanne is a partner in Boss Consulting Inc. (an organizational development consultancy specializing in collaboration and alignment). Suzanne has worked in the corporate head offices of a number of international organizations, including Walt Disney Company (Canada), Canadian Pacific Limited, and Gibson Energy. Her work has included marketing, corporate-community relations, project management, leadership development, operations management, and stakeholder alignment. Suzanne worked as temporary staff manager for Cirque du Soliel’s Alegria and Quidam tours to Calgary.

Active in Calgary’s arts community, she is Co-Founder and Managing Producer for GroundWorks Integrated Arts Collective. Suzanne is also a member of the Alberta Ballet's Community Engagement Council.
