Invitation to participate in 2008 Vital Signs Report
Calgary's Vital Signs, an initiative of The Calgary Foundation, is looking for participants from the arts and culture community to participate in community discussion tables on June 4 and 5. The purpose of the sessions is to guide the development of the 2008 Vital Signs report, which is meant to act as a catalyst for community awareness, dialogue and action.
The 2007 Vital Signs Report looked at several arts and culture indicator areas including purpose-built arts spaces, government spending on arts and culture, employment in the cultural industries, public library usage and attendance at arts and cultural events. Your guidance will be used to identify and select indicators to best represent the 2008 picture of Calgary’s vital signs.
