Holly was the Director of TRUCK, a contemporary artist-run centre in Calgary, Alberta from June 2003 to October 2005. In this time, she established a role on several Boards of Directors; including Treasurer of the Mountain Standard Time Performative Art Festival Society, Secretary of the Alberta Association of Artist-Run Centres and a representative for the Association of Calgary Artist-Run Centres. Her work has included marketing, corporate-community relations, project management, leadership development, operations management, and stakeholder alignment.
